This is just a quick reminder that property tax payments are due by July 2. You can pay online, by mail, or in person. Payment instructions are outlined on your tax bill.
If you qualify, you can claim the Homeowners' Grant or the Senior Grant to lower your bill. If you’re buying or selling your home before July 2, check with your lawyer or conveyancer early on about who will pay the tax and claim any grants so there are no surprises.
